We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy when you receive your product, and if you do not want a replacement, please contact us for a refund.

Conditions: Returned items must be received in new and unused condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings must be included with the product. Returns that are worn, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. If the items you return don’t fulfill these requirements, the refund will not be issued. 

Given that the requirements are fulfilled, you may return your Tokë watch for a full refund within 30 days after you receive your order. The shipping fee for all returns is a responsibility of a customer.

Exchanges
