Your Tokë watch is covered under a 24-months (2 year) warranty from the date of your purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer’s or workmanship defects, The warranty does not cover damages from any wear and tear, aging, improper handling, accidental damage to the glass, water damage as a result of excessive water exposure, life of the battery, strap. Anyhow, we encourage you to please contact us with any issue you might have within 24 months, and we will be happy to assist you. Approved claims will have an opportunity to get a new watch as a replacement. Please contact us directly via email at: support@tokewatches.com

Proper Care
Great care must be taken to make sure your watch works properly and lasts longer. Your Tokë watch is either 3 ATM or 5 ATM water pressure/resistance. We recommend that your watch should not be exposed to excessive water environments. It should not be worn during bath time, showering, swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling etc. Fore more information, please refer to the universal standards of water resistance.
To ensure a proper removal and seal of the back case, we advise that all battery replacements be performed by a professional. You should not attempt to replace the battery by yourself. For a better battery life, avoid: shocks or vibrations, machines that create magnetic fields such as loud speakers and refrigerators, extreme temperatures, or sudden temperature changes, prolonged sunlight, humid environments, steam rooms.
