Shipping 

All orders are shipped FREE of charge. All orders are fulfilled within 24 hours (one business day) from the date of purchase. Orders made on the weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day. 

- USA Shipping Information: We deliver via USPS (United States Postal Service). A tracking number will be sent to the customer once the order has shipped. Usually it takes 2-5 business days for the package to be delivered.

- International Shipping Information: We use USPS (United States Postal Service) as a carrier for International shipments using First Class International as a shipping option. A tracking number will be sent to the customer once the order has shipped. It is taking between 10-15 days for the packages to be delivered within the European Union countries and Canada.

- International Shipping - Attention: International shipping fees are constantly rising. In order for us to provide FREE shipping on all orders, we must mail our watches in smaller packages, not in our original black Tokë boxes.

 - Import Duties And Taxes

Please refer to your country’s customs office to determine what (if any) import duties, taxes or other charges are required for your watch. Import duties, taxes, or any other charges required by your country’s customs authority are not covered by Tokë. These charges (if any) are your responsibility and will be collected from you upon the delivery, or you will be contacted by the established authority for payments. These payments are mandatory for your order to be successfully released from customs.
